Alberto Pandolfi Arbulú (born Lima, 20 August 1940) is a businessman who served twice as Prime Minister of Peru (1996–June 1998,[1] August 1998 – 1999[2]) under President Alberto Fujimori. During his terms, he also at times held the communications, fisheries and transport portfolios.
