Alexander Denton (judge)

Alexander Denton (14 August 1679 – 22 March 1740)[1] was a Member of Parliament (MP) representing Buckingham, from 1708 to 1710, and from 1715 to 1722. He was a Justice of the Common Pleas from 1722 until his death. He was the younger brother of Sir Edmund Denton. His father, Alexander Denton, was also a Member of Parliament (MP) representing Buckingham, from 1690 to 1698.[2]
