Alpenus nigropunctatus is a moth of the Arctiidae family. It was described by Bethune-Baker in 1908. It is found in Ghana, Nigeria, Sudan, Somalia, Ethiopia, Kenya and Uganda.[1]

The larvae feed on Gossypium species.
