Alwa was a Swedish folk music group which released an album in 2002[1][2] but dissolved after a brief career.[3] Torbjörn Righard and the leader of the group, Anna Elwing, have continued to cooperate when Righard released in 2012 his album The Silent Room, Hulema Records, HR01.[4] Anna Elwing has also participated in the Swedish folk music super group YÖLARiiS. [5] In Germany Elwing is more familiar as one of five in the scanian folk music group Plommon, that toured regularly in Europe for many years[6].
