Amos-Leonard Boon Hock Chye (born 12 July 1972) is a former goalkeeper who last played for Woodlands Wellington in the 2011 S-League season. He was released at the end of the season. He has a son, born on 28 November 1999 named Aaron.

Football career

Boon started his S.League career with Tanjong Pagar United in 1996, which he stayed for three years. He then moved to Marine Castle United for five years.

He had a brief stint at Home United for two years before returning to Sengkang Punggol. His 7½ years connection with Sengkang Punggol ended when he joined Geylang United for the 2008 season. Many fans were shocked at the move as it was speculated that he would stay at Sengkang and end his career at the Hougang Stadium.[citation needed].

Wakeboard career

Boon is also an avid wakeboarder. He was previously the President of the Wakeboard Association (Singapore). He has also previously represented Singapore in the Asian X-Games.

Professional career

In 2006, Boon started Launch Group an Integrated Events Management Agency managing Artiste, Product Launches, Local and overseas conferences. With just under 4 years, the company grew rapidly with a strong turnover of 5 million in 2009 and the Launch team grew from just only 3 people to a staff of 15. The company is continuing to grow rapidly providing more services to his clients and adding on more portfolio.
