The Andhra Pradesh Library Association (formerly Andhra Desa Library Association) was established on April 10, 1914 and is the oldest state library association in India.[1] The association is headquartered at Vijayawada.[2] The association has been publishing a monthly journal "Granthalaya Sarvaswamu" in Telugu since 1915.
