Andrei Ruslanovich Smetanin (Template:Lang-ru; born July 21, 1969 in Perm) is a retired Russian professional footballer. He made his debut in the Soviet Top League in 1990 for FC Dynamo Moscow.[1]

He is currently the general director for the futsal team MFC Dynamo-2 Moscow.[2]
