Anthony B. Akers (October 19, 1914 – April 1, 1976) was an American attorney who served as the United States Ambassador to New Zealand from 1961 to 1963.[1]

He died of a heart attack on April 1, 1976, in Wrightsville Beach, North Carolina at age 61.[2]
