Anton Theodor Harris (5 July 1804 – 6 March 1866) was a Norwegian politician.

He was appointed County Governor of Finmarkens Amt (today's Troms and Finnmark) in 1844. In 1838 he was elected to the Norwegian Parliament in 1848, representing the city Tromsø, where the County Governor was seated. He was re-elected in 1851.[1] He later left Finmarkens Amt to become County Governor of Rogalands Amt from 1853 to 1863.

He married a Petronelle Kornelia Rye.[2]
