The Apostolic Vicariate of Isiolo (Vicariatus Apostolicus Isiolansus) in Kenya was created on December 15, 1995, when it was split off from the Diocese of Meru. It has headquarters in the Isiolo town.

The vicariate covers an are of 25,605 km², and as of 2003 of the total population of 117,100 there are 23,100 Catholics. It is subdivided into 12 parishes.

On July 14, 2005 the vicar apostolic Luigi Locati was shot to death during an attempted robbery.
