The Arabat Spit (Template:Lang-uk, Russian: Арабатская стрелка, Template:Lang-crh) is a spit (narrow strip of land) in the Azov Sea, which separates a large, shallow and very salty system of gulfs named Syvash. The spit is located between the town of Henichesk, Ukraine and the north-eastern shores of Crimea. It is 110 km long, and 270 m to 8 km wide.
