Armuchee High School is a public high school serving grades 9-12 in Rome, Georgia, United States. It is accredited by the Georgia Accrediting Commission and the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools, and is a member of Georgia High School Association. It is located in Floyd County, northwest of Atlanta.

Academics

Armuchee offers Advanced Placement classes and classes through Georgia Highlands College.[2][3]

Fine arts

The school offers band (concert, jazz, and marching), dhorus, and Drama/theater.

Clubs and activities offered by the school include yearbook, video yearbook, school newspaper, academic clubs (math and reading), Family Career & Community Leaders of America (FCCLA), Fellowship of Christian Athletes (FCA), foreign language clubs (French, German, Japanese, Latin, and Spanish), Future Business Leaders of America (FBLA), Health Occupation Students of America (HOSA), Key Club, Model UN, Outdoors Club, weightlifting (competitive), student government, Debate, One-Act Play, and Scholar Bowl (all GHSA-sanctioned activities).
