The arrowhead piculet or Guianan piculet (Picumnus minutissimus) is a species of bird in the family Picidae. It is found in French Guiana, Guyana, and Suriname.

Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical moist lowland forests, subtropical or tropical mangrove forests, and heavily degraded former forest.
