Arshak Djamalian

Arshak Djamalian (born Ganja, 1882 - died Paris 1940) was a prominent Dashnak who took part in the Armenian-Tatar conflicts.[1] [2] Djamalian was also the Minister of Communications to Tiflis.[3]
