B.G. Knocc Out

B.G. Knocc Out (born Arlandis Hinton on January 23, 1975 in Compton, California) is an American West Coast gangsta rapper best known for collaborating with Eazy-E on the 1993 hit single "Real Muthaphuckkin G's". He is also the younger brother of Dresta, who also collaborated in the song.

Life and music career

Early years

Knocc Out appeared on Eazy-E 1993 double-platinum EP It's On (Dr. Dre) 187um Killa. Thanks to the success of the album's signature track, "Real Muthaphuckkin G's", which dissed Death Row recording artists Dr. Dre (with whom Eazy had bitterly parted ways in 1991) and Snoop Dogg, Knocc Out and Dresta had gained much-needed exposure, and they were inspired to record an album of their own.

Associates

B.G. Knocc out is friends with Young Dre, Young Nutty, King T and many other hip hop icons.

Recent years

He was sentenced to 10 years in prison, but it was reduced with a release date scheduled for August 2006. During September 2007 his official website confirmed reports that he was indeed back in prison and released a statement by his wife in which she states that he has been wrongfully charged and arrested on false allegations, he is now facing a 32 month conviction.[1]
