BV Chemnitz 99 (Basketballverein Chemnitz 99– Basketball Team Chemnitz 99) is a German basketball club based in Chemnitz, Saxony. Ever since its foundation, the team has played in Germany’s lower divisions but moved up second division ProA in 2002. Its declared goal is to play in Germany’s prime league Basketball Bundesliga.[1]
