Babar Bhatti (also known as Barbar Bhatti) (born 14 February 1949) is a British actor of Pakistani origin. He was probably best known for the part of Punkah Wallah Rumzan in the BBC sitcom It Ain't Half Hot Mum, his first role.

Bhatti made an appearance in Only Fools and Horses, in the episode "Cash and Curry" as an Indian Restaurant owner.

Bhatti graduated as an architect from University College London.[citation needed]
