Baczyna [baˈt͡ʂɨna] (German: Beyersdorf) is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Lubiszyn, within Gorzów County, Lubusz Voivodeship, in western Poland.[1] It lies approximately 11 kilometres (7 mi) east of Lubiszyn and 11 km (7 mi) west of Gorzów Wielkopolski.

Before 1945 the area was part of Germany (see Territorial changes of Poland after World War II).

The village has a population of 900.
