Badara Badji, known as Bado (born 24 February 1994) is a Senegalese footballer who plays for Inđija. He had stints with ASC Yeggo, Dinamo Zagreb B, Mladost Lučani and Delhi Dynamos, and has represented Senegal national team.
Career
Early career
Badji was born in Dakar, Senegal. He played in his home country with ASC Yeggo in the 2013 and 2013–14 Senegal Premier League.[1] He came to Yeggo from the Académie Mawade Wade.[2] While playing with Yeggo, he was selected to be part of the Senegalese U-20 squad at the 2013 Jeux de la Francophonie[3]
In summer 2014 Badji joined Croatian powerhouse Dinamo Zagreb on a two-year loan spell. Badji has also made appearances for the Senegalese national team.[4][5][6]
Dinamo Zagreb
He was a regular and a prolific scorer for Dinamo Zagreb B team during the two seasons he spent there, the first one playing at 2014–15 Croatian Third League and next in the 2015–16 Croatian Second League. He has also made a solitary appearance for Dinamo Zagreb main team,[7] in a 2015–16 Croatian Cup first-round game against Oštrc Zlatar.[8]
Delhi Dynamos
Badji signed for the Delhi Dynamos FC, 15 days before the start of the season to pair up with Richard Gadze and Marcelo Leite Pereira on the Dynamos frontline.[9]
Mladost Lučani
On January 21, 2018, Badara Badji, nicknamed Bado, signed with Serbian top-flight side FK Mladost Lučani.[10]
International career
Bado made 3 appearances having scored 2 goals for Senegal national under-20 football team.[10] He then made 7 appearances having scored 3 goals for Senegal national under-23 football team.[10]
He made 2 appearances for Senegal national football team.[11]
