Balacra rubrostriata is a moth of the family Arctiidae. It was described by Aurivillius in 1892. It is found in Burundi, Cameroon, the Democratic Republic of Congo, Gabon, Ghana, Kenya, Togo, Uganda and Zambia.[1]
