The Barbados national women's field hockey team represents Barbados in international field hockey competitions.

The following is a list of staff appointed an athletes selected at the last tour, Aquece Rio Olympic Test Event 2015, Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. (This team won the first gold medal for any Barbados Hockey programme.)
