Barbara De Fina (New Jersey, December 28, 1949) is an American film producer.

Among her well known films are GoodFellas, Casino, The Color of Money, Kundun, The Last Temptation of Christ and The Grifters. Many of the films De Fina has produced have been directed by Martin Scorsese, to whom she was married from 1985 to 1991.

Barbara De Fina also produced Michael Jackson's music video Bad with Quincy Jones.
