Barkowice [barkɔˈvit͡sɛ] is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Sulejów, within Piotrków County, Łódź Voivodeship, in central Poland. It lies approximately 6 kilometres (4 mi) north-west of Sulejów, 12 km (7 mi) east of Piotrków Trybunalski, and 51 km (32 mi) south-east of the regional capital Łódź.[1]

The village has a population of 395.
