The barred laughingthrush (Garrulax lunulatus) is a bird species in the family Leiothrichidae. In the proposed rearrangement of the laughingthrushes, it is placed in the genus Ianthocincla, as I. lunulata.

It is endemic to central China. Its natural habitat is temperate forests.
