Bellevue is a MBTA commuter rail station in West Roxbury, Massachusetts in Boston serving the Needham Line. The original depot, now demolished, was built c. 1870 by the Boston and Providence Railroad.

Bus connections

Four MBTA Bus routes connect to Bellevue. All run from Forest Hills to points south and west.

  • 35: Dedham Mall/Stimson St. - Forest Hills Station via Belgrade Ave. & Centre St.
  • 36: Charles River Loop or V.A. Hospital - Forest Hills Station via Belgrade Ave. & Centre St.
  • 37: Baker & Vermont Sts. - Forest Hills Station via Belgrade Ave. & Centre St.
  • 38: Wren St. - Forest Hills Station via Centre & South Streets

Accessibility

Like the entirety of the Needham Line, Bellevue is fully wheelchair accessible. The main platform is low, but the one-car-length high level platform at the western end of the station provides full accessibility.
