Billy Livsey is an American songwriter, keyboardist, and producer from Nashville, Tennessee. He has worked for many musicians including Tina Turner, Kevin Ayers, 801, Gerry Rafferty,[1] Five Star, Gallagher and Lyle, Ronnie Lane and Kenny Rogers.
