Binay Tamang or Binoy Tamang (Nepali: बिनय तामांग) is the chairman of the Gorkhaland Territorial Administration (GTA). The GTA is a regional semi-autonomous government body set up after a tripartite agreement between the Union Government of India, the state of West Bengal and the GJM party in 2011 and comprises the three hill divisions of Darjeeling, Kurseong, Mirik, Kalimpong and some areas of Siliguri in the state of West Bengal, India.[1][2][3]
