Blaine Boekhorst (born 2 September 1993) is a professional Australian rules football player at the Carlton in the Australian Football League (AFL).

A midfielder and half-forward from Port Hedland in northern Western Australia, Boekhorst played his colts football for Swan Districts in the West Australian Football League. He progressed through the minor grades to the seniors at Swan Districts, and cemented a regular senior place in the team in 2014. Boekhorst played a total of 44 games for Swans between 2011 and 2014.[1]

Boekhorst was drafted at age 21 to the AFL by Carlton with its first-round selection in the 2014 National Draft (pick No. 19 overall).[2] He made his senior debut against St Kilda[3] in Round 4 of the 2015 season.
