Bloemhof, Rotterdam
Bloemhof is a neighborhood in Rotterdam, Netherlands.
In 2009 Eberhard van der Laan, the Minister of Housing, referred to the neighborhood as the fourth worst in his "40 problem neighbourhoods" list.[1]
