Robert Howard Chipman (October 11, 1918 – November 8, 1973) was a professional baseball player who played pitcher in the Major Leagues from 1941 to 1952.[1]

Born in Brooklyn, New York, he would play for the Brooklyn Dodgers, Boston Braves, and Chicago Cubs.

Chipman died November 8, 1973, in Huntington, New York.
