Bonabes, Comte de Rougé (4 June 1891 Les Essarts[disambiguation needed] - 25 October 1975 Berne) was a member of the French noble House of Rougé, and served as the Secretary General of the Red Cross from 1936 to 1957.

He married Ophélia Correa da Costa on 29 November 1916.[1]
