Borghild Røyseland (born 23 August 1926) is a Norwegian politician.

She was born in Kvinesdal to Ånen Jerstad and Bertine Marie Gjelmestad. She was elected representative to the Storting for the period 1985–1989 for the Christian Democratic Party. She was reelected for the period 1989–1993.[1]
