Boulder Community Health is located in Boulder, Colorado (4747 Arapahoe Ave., Boulder, CO 80303). On Oct. 9, 2014, BCH relocated all of its emergency and trauma services to Foothills Hospital (4747 Arapahoe Ave.), located at Foothills Parkway and Arapahoe Avenue in east Boulder. In addition, on Oct. 9, 2014, BCH consolidated the majority of inpatient acute care services at Foothills Hospital. This included surgery, imaging and laboratory services, and inpatient care for patients with heart disease, cancer, neurological issues and orthopedic injuries. There were no changes in the range of services available, only the location. This was part of a consolidation of services at Foothills Hospital, which is now Boulder's main acute care hospital and a regional trauma center.
