Bouvrage is a soft drink produced by Ella Drinks Limited near Brechin, Angus, Scotland. The original Bouvrage is made with raspberry juice (as well as lightly carbonated water, sugar, citric acid and flavourings)[1] and the company introduced a second drink, made with blaeberries. In 2012 the company introduced a third drink, made with strawberries. Previously this was not possible as strawberries discoloured and the drink turned brown over time. However, they have perfected a secret technique to ensure that the colour of the strawberry juice is maintained as a pale orangey-pink.

The drink is generally sampled at food fairs in Scotland and is sold at delicatessens and independent food stores.
