Brawl in Cell Block 99
Brawl in Cell Block 99 is an upcoming American action thriller film written and directed by S. Craig Zahler. The film stars Vince Vaughn, Jennifer Carpenter, Tom Guiry, and Don Johnson. It has been selected to be screened out of competition at the 74th Venice International Film Festival.[1] It is scheduled to be limited released on October 6, 2017 and digital HD and video on demand on October 13, 2017 by RLJE Films.
Synopsis
A former boxer-turned-drug runner lands in a prison battleground after a deal gets deadly.

Production
Principal photography began on August 15, 2016 in New York City.[2] On August 17, 2016, Jennifer Carpenter joined the cast of the film.[3] Principal photography wrapped on October 17, 2016.[2]
