Brian Clarke was a Gaelic footballer from Killarney, County Kerry. He played with Kerry during the 1990s. He mainly played in the National League and was Full Forward on the team that won the 1997 League title. He played two games for Kerry during the 1997 Championship, the Munster final with Clare and the All Ireland semi final with Cavan. He was on the subs for the final win over Mayo but saw no game time. He also played at Under 21 with the county and won an All Ireland medal in 1996.

At club level he played with the famous Dr. Croke's club from Killarney. He helped them won the County Championship in 2000.
