Bornislav Stáňa (born 12 November 1993) is a professional Czech football midfielder currently playing for Baník Ostrava in the Czech First League.

He joined Baník Ostrava, who were newly-relegated to Czech National Football League, from Znojmo in June 2016.[1] He helped his team gain promotion back into the Czech First League after just one year in the second tier competition.[2] He scored his first top flight goal in his first Czech First League appearance for Baník Ostrava.[3]
