Budkov is a village and municipality (obec) in Prachatice District in the South Bohemian Region of the Czech Republic.

The municipality covers an area of 5.03 square kilometres (1.94 sq mi), and has a population of 90 (as at 28 August 2006).

Budkov lies approximately 7 kilometres (4 mi) north of Prachatice, 36 km (22 mi) west of České Budějovice, and 117 km (73 mi) south of Prague.
