Buzhok (Ukrainian: Бужок) is a village (selo) in Zolochiv Raion, Lviv Oblast, in western Ukraine. Is a village about 14.5 kilometers southeast of Zolochiv. Its population is 529 people. The village refers to Bilokaminskoyi village council.[1]
The first registers dated from 1781.
One of the most interesting of episodes history of the village was a struggle with alcohol abuse before the First World War. Priests F. Tarnavskyi, I. Medynsky, Gregory Kosar, Longin Tarnavskyi have struggled with alcoholism. . Villagers have stopped to drink vodka and taverns were closed.
