Bystrá is a village and municipality (obec) in Pelhřimov District in the Vysočina Region of the Czech Republic.

The municipality covers an area of 3.92 square kilometres (1.51 sq mi), and has a population of 103 (as at 2 October 2006).

Bystrá lies approximately 14 kilometres (9 mi) north-east of Pelhřimov, 20 km (12 mi) north-west of Jihlava, and 94 km (58 mi) south-east of Prague.
