C. Clarke (full name and dates of birth and death unknown) was an English cricketer. Clarke's batting style is unknown.

Clarke made a single appearance in first-class cricket for Sheffield against Manchester in 1846 at Hyde Park Ground, Sheffield.[1] In a match which Manchester won by an innings and 37 runs, Clarke was run out for a duck in Sheffield's first-innings, while in their second-innings he remained not out without scoring.[2]
