CW Real Estate is a Nigerian real estate development and brokerage company headquartered in Lagos, Nigeria.[1][2]

History[edit]

CW Real Estate was founded in 2018 by Adelani Adewuyi.[3] In January 2023, Leadership Newspaper listed CW Real Estate as one of the "leading real estate firms".[4][5] CW Real Estate offers off-market listings, providing clients with opportunities and access to properties that are not publicly available.[6]

During the COVID-19 pandemic, CW real estate collaborated with 3 other companies; SCL Express, Gas Guys Ng and CBL investments to distribute 1000 boxes of food items and relief materials to the Agege community in Lagos State. The company also supports disadvantaged children with access to high quality education and healthcare.[7]
