Cajuína from Teresina, Piauí, Brazil

Cajuína (Portuguese pronunciation: [kaˌʒuˈinɐ]) is a non-alcoholic, non-carbonated beverage made of blended cashew apples.

It is traditional in the northeast region of Brazil, especially in the states of Ceará and Piauí.
