The canton of Carentan is a canton of France, located in the Manche département, Normandy région. At the French canton reorganisation which came into effect in March 2015, the canton was expanded from 14 to 43 communes (17 of which merged into the new communes Carentan-les-Marais, Picauville, Sainte-Mère-Église and Terre-et-Marais):[1]
