The Capio Group (Capio AB (publ)), based in Gothenburg, is a Swedish healthcare company, listed on Nasdaq Stockholm, Mid Cap.

Via hospitals, specialist clinics and primary care units Capio offers a range of medical, surgical and psychiatric healthcare. The operations and more than 11,000 employees are located in Sweden, Norway, France and Germany.[1] In 2013 Capio received more than 4.3 million patient visits.

Capio is owned by private equity firms Nordic Capital and Apax Partners.
