Caricias (Caresses) is a studio album by Spanish performer Rocío Dúrcal released on 4 April 2000 by BMG and Ariola.[1] Produced by Argentinian songwriter Bebu Silvetti. In the United States, Caricias peaked at number 2 on the Billboard Latin Pop Albums and number 6 on Top Latin Albums. The album was certified 2× Platinum [2] (Latin field) by the Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA). The album was nominated in Lo Nuestro Awards for Pop Album of the Year in 2001.
The album includes "Infiel", the song used as the main theme of the Mexican telenovela "Mujeres Engañadas" starring Laura León and Andrés García, produced by Emilio Larrosa and Televisa, and broadcast on Univision in 2000.
