Carl Bertrand Westerby Roberts CMG is an Antiguan and Barbudan diplomat and is the former High Commissioner of Antigua and Barbuda to the United Kingdom,[1] with concurrent accreditations as Ambassador of Antigua and Barbuda to France, Germany, Italy and Spain.[2]
