Category:Wikipedia sockpuppets of Mactabbed

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

User:Mactabbed is a user who has violated several rules of the road here: chronically, repeatedly, disruptively uploading fair use images and replacing free Commons images with the fair use images, falsely claiming that fair-use or otherwise non-free images are free-use images, habitual block evasion (even on short non-ban related blocks), habitual utilization of revert tools (popups, etc.) across legitimate editors/edits despite being warned to not do that, inciting "I was told to (revert)" meatpuppetry and habitual lieing (denials of using sockpuppets, etc.) as well as using uncivil language against other editors. See here for why Mactabbed was blocked in the first place.

Typically when a sock of this user is discovered and blocked this user will lie and deny being a sock in an {{unblock}} message so that an unwitting administrator will unblock him. Also, when a sock of his has been legitimately blocked for a relatively short amount of time (48 hours of less) he will just create another sock to evade the short block. See this ANI post.
