Merger

Certainly agree with the merger. In practice the phrase "Category:Human rights bodies" is not well-distinguished here from Category:Human rights organizations" I'd suggest, however, that Category:Human rights bodies is a little different in meaning and not quite as clear as Category:Human rights organizations.
