An agency or organization operated by a group of countries rather than a single country that gives aid for international development. E.g. United Nations Development Programme, the World Bank, the World Bank's Global Environment Facility, international development banks, etc.--Bkwillwm 19:16, 28 January 2006 (UTC)[reply]
